Building Leadership Skills with JAX's Hewett Leaders
Between August 2023 and August 2024, our Outward Bound Professional team worked with The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) and its Hewett Leaders program to help build leadership skills within a cohort of 11 individuals from across the company’s departments and campuses. Participants pushed outside their comfort zones and leaned into learning, growth, understanding, and collaboration to develop the skills needed to make them strong leaders and an even stronger team.
